So, I thought he was done contacting HER. He promised he was done... We go on vacation and I go to put a new pillow case on his pillow and something hits my leg, wondering what it is, it's a cell phone that I have never seen before. So I confront he about it. Yes, SHE gave it to him. I've looked through the messages and most of them are her saying she misses him and she loves him. Nothing from him to her that I can find. He promises yet again to quit contact with her, I throw the cell phone into a bag, when we are home from vacation it's missing. He swears he doesn't know what happened to it. Should I believe him?
